Best Breakfast Burrito
Ingredients
2 eggs
2 tablespoons salsa
1 slice reduced-fat American cheese
1 tortilla
Directions
Spray nonstick cooking spray inside a cereal bowl. In the bowl, crack the eggs, add the salsa, and stir. Cook on high for 1 minute, whisk, and then continue cooking for 1 more minute, or until the sauce thickens.
The egg mixture should be placed on top of the cheese in the tortilla's middle. All of it should be burrito-wrapped before you get in the car.
