Scrambled Eggs Super
Ingredients:
4 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons butter or oil
Instructions
1. In a bowl, crack the eggs and beat them with a fork.
2. Beat the eggs with the milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Over medium heat, preheat the pan. Allow the butter or oil to melt in the pan.
4. Pour the eggs into the pan and whisk continuously for 2 minutes, or until the eggs begin to set.
5. Till the eggs are fully cooked and no longer runny, lower the heat to low and whisk the eggs constantly.
6. Scrambled eggs should be served right away, with optional extra salt and pepper on top.
