Teriyaki Beef Stir-Fry Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup snow peas
4 cups cooked white rice
Instructions
Combine the teriyaki sauce and one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a small bowl.
Pour the teriyaki sauce mixture over the beef slices in a big bowl. Toss to evenly coat the beef.
In a big wok or skillet, heat the last tablespoon of oil over high heat. Stir-fry the veggies until they are crisp-tender for 2–3 minutes after adding the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and snow peas.
Add the meat that has been marinated to the center of the skillet, pushing the vegetables to the sides. The beef should be stir-fried for 2–3 minutes, depending on how done you like it.
Cooked white rice should be added to the stir-fry. Enjoy!
